Budget
The tour budget is R6000.
We won’t be able to get firm costs until early next year, but have based our calculations on current pricing and catered for an increase.
We will make decisions about shirts, etc. at a later stage, depending on who is attending and what the total expenses are.
We will send out payment schedules as usual as soon as the numbers are confirmed. The schedule will include details of what amounts will be forfeited for a withdrawal at different points in time – and we will ask everyone to please sign these. This may seem very formal, but the committee has decided it is the simplest way of avoiding any future unpleasantness.
